Pancake feast on again

Hannah Dubois, Steph Purcell and Kristy Martin get ready for a pancake day at Uniting Wimmera.

PANCAKE FEAST: Uniting Wimmera staff will ‘flip for a good cause’ on March 25 when the organisation hosts a Pancake Day event in Horsham. The event, part of the Community Activation Social Isolation, CASI, program will be at Wimmera Wellbeing Centre in Urquhart Street from 10am to noon. Community members are invited to purchase pancakes, with cash, for $5, or three for $10. A business delivery package, comprising 10 pancakes with assorted toppings, is available for $40. People can email groupwork@vt.uniting.org for a pre-order form. Forms will be accepted until March 22. Drive through and dine-in options will be available on the day. Free coffee and tea is available for people dining in. Pictured promoting the event are, from left, Uniting Wimmera’s Hannah Dubois, Steph Purcell and Kristy Martin. Picture: PAUL CARRACHER
