Centre mural takes shape

Melbourne artist Daniel Wenn is putting the final touches on a mural at the Centre For Participation in Horsham.

Wenn, from creative studio 90 Degrees, said the images, a series of hands raising up was set on a Wimmera-style background of canola fields with the Grampians in the background.

"It signifies people putting their hands up to be involved or be noticed," he said.

"I've had some help from some of the local kids. We ran a workshop on Saturday and had 12 kids helping out and some have been dropping in to help out."
