Mr Ballinger, who was instrumental in the construction of the ceiling of the church, will speak about the church’s stained-glass windows – their history, their design and who they are named in honour of.
The church, at the top of Firebrace Street, was built in 1957 but has some windows dating back 150 years from the previous church.
Everyone is welcome to attend the event, at 2pm, which will cost $15 and includes afternoon tea. Mr Ballinger is pictured with Trish Hateley. Picture: PAUL CARRACHER
