Human, animal first aid courses free to Horsham kids and pets

Casey Kosch of Casey Kosch First Aid Training and staff at Horsham’s Your Family Vet are combining their knowledge to bring two human and animal first aid sessions to Horsham in the school holidays.

The three-hour sessions on July 5, starting at 9am and 1pm at Horsham Neighbourhood House, are free to Horsham children.

Mrs Kosch said the morning session was full and the second session had places filling quickly.

“If we have continued interest we are looking at doing the courses regularly during school holidays and are looking into funding for that,” she said.

“It is something that has been popular and gives children life skills that are important for them to learn.”

Mrs Kosch said places could be booked online at www.caseykoschfirstaid.com.au.
