Greater Western Victorian Rebels under 19s boys team has redeemed itself with a 25-point win over Oakleigh Chargers in round 10.

Horsham Demons export Brody Pope and Horsham Saints export Billy Taylor took to the oval on June 18.

Pope, starting in the ruck, had 20 disposals for the game, while Taylor had seven disposals.

The Rebels got off to a slower start and were 10 points down at the end of the first quarter. They bounced back and restricted the Chargers from scoring in the second and third terms.

With a 36-point lead before the final quarter, the Rebels looked good for the win and were able to maintain a lead that now sees them sitting eighth on the ladder.

The Rebels will play Northern Knights at Preston City Oval on Saturday.
