Wimmera Health Care Group's COVID-19 testing clinic has seen an increased demand for testing.
The clinic tested 116 people on Wednesday and 142 on Thursday.
Spokesman Peter Miller said the clinic was open each day between 9am and noon.
"However if you get there before noon, and despite how many are still lined up, you will all be tested."
"We are expecting the big numbers to continue into the weekend and our testing team is coping well with the surge.
