The Korean performers have graced many stages: freelancer Shin has performed with distinguished ensembles including Yonsei University’s ‘Euphonia’ the Seoul National University Orchestra, and the SNU Symphony Orchestra under renowned conductors.
Chun’s career spans the concert halls of Korea and the opera stages of Australia. A member of Opera Australia, he has appeared on more than 650 concert stages.
Kim holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Washington DC’s Wesley Theological Seminary. His doctoral work ‘You Are What You Sing’ gave theological expression to a lifelong conviction: that the church is, and must always be, a community of singing – of both praise and lament.
From 2pm to 4pm, people can enter from the church’s main front door.
Tickets are $25 per person or $20 per person for two or more people. People 15 years and younger can enter free of charge.
Tickets include light refreshments and are available from the church before or on the day.
Reverend Yang said the concert was a good opportunity for people to enjoy some professional music.
“It is also a good opportunity for us to celebrate and enjoy Mother’s Day, and have all the family together,” he said.
