SIR, – Residents of Horsham’s north have lost an appeal through VCAT to stop a developer building a block of units at the end of Alexander Avenue.
Horsham Rural City Council had given the green light to the developer and so too now has VCAT.
I’ve studied the architect’s plans and it looks like a detention centre with one drive in, and one drive out and surrounded by a great wall – creating a soundshell effect.
All that’s missing is a front desk and a kiosk.
